Salt Lake Waxing Co. was started in August of 2018 by Juls Snowden and Nicole Smith.
Juls and Nicole set out to open a waxing salon that included all people and body types. Together we have over 20 years of experience in body waxing and all kinds of esthetic procedures.
At Salt Lake Waxing Co., we are determined to take the fear out of waxing. Body waxing is very serious business, however not so serious that FUN goes right out the window! With the way we were able to build the inside of our salon from the walls up, we designed it to be comfortable, inviting and modern, with large and spacious treatment rooms, and spa-like decor. To ensure sanitation, we have two sinks inside that are available for esthetician and client use. Our treatment rooms were individually decorated by our estheticians to show their personalities and to uphold a certain level of comfort. We hope you enjoy and take comfort in the environment we have created.
As life happens, changes are inevitable. As of April 2023 Nicole Smith is no longer with us. She has moved on to pursue her nursing career.
We wish her much success with that and in all aspects of her life. Nicole will be missed and we know she will thrive in everything she does.

Juls has been in the esthetics field for 17 years. She’s been a laser tech, lash artist and skin specialist to name a few. Juls’ experience ranges from fancy high end spas to men only salons and chop shop waxing studios. So her vision was clear in creating her own waxing salon.
She’s precise in her skills and enjoys the fast-paced, casual environment of waxing. Juls’ clients like her caring, calming style as well as the ‘therapy’ that happens between them. With brazilian wax being her specialty, she’s sure to make you feel comfortable and confident while leaving you completely hair free.
